I believe it will make a measurable difference to the housing market in a time when sales are typically down for the holidays/winter to include a substantial credit for those who are not “first-time” homebuyers. I see this as a big jump-start to the tax season as well.

These tips are really great and I am going to pass them along – there are quite a few that I would not have thought of. My favorites are #2 as I would have thought to just give it them…#3 as I would have never thought of that at all…#7 makes alot of sense to run but I wonder if my 1st instanct would be to run? I hope I never find out!! and #10 is interesting because we just had a situation where our heat would not come on and it was because the gas was turned off and they said that they see this in neighborhoods where kids will turn the swtich off – it is a prank so hopefully I will not wake up to running water!

The decline of the economy happened with a huge drop in home sales, and it looks like the economy is now starting to turn as evidenced by a jump in new home sales. I think we’re on the right track, and I hope this signals great economic things to come for the Triangle and our country.
